At BarryTheBrave.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy sets out our return, refund, and exchange terms for physical products, digital products, services, and stud services. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.
1. Returns and Refunds for Physical Products (Merchandise)
We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers must request a return via email or the contact form before returning an item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Refunds for Physical Products
If the returned item meets the eligibility criteria, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within one working day after receiving the returned item.
If the item was damaged or lost during shipping, a full refund will be provided without requiring a return.
2. Digital Products and Live Classes (Non-Refundable Items)
Certain digital and service-based products cannot be refunded:
Digital downloads (e.g., printable files) – No refunds.
Live hand-stripping classes – No refunds. However, if a customer is unable to attend, they will be invited to the next available class at no additional cost.

3. Stud Services (Mating Policy and Guarantee)
Stud services must be paid upon the first mating.
If the bitch does not become pregnant, Barry will provide his stud services free of charge for the next mating.
No refunds are offered for unsuccessful breedings.
If there are no puppies born, we provide a repeat mating guarantee at no additional cost.

4. Exchanges (Wrong Size or Defective Items)
If a customer receives the wrong size or a defective product, an exchange may be requested.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days and the item must be in original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.
